Chamber of Commerce entrepreneurs attend "2019 China (Guangdong) - Malaysia Bilateral Business Council Meeting"

In the morning of August 21, the "2019 China (Guangdong) - Malaysia Bilateral Entrepreneurs Council Meeting" jointly organized by Guangdong Trade Promotion Association and Guangdong Investment Promotion General Chamber of Commerce of Malaysia was held in Zhuhai. Malaysian Special Envoy to China Chen Guowei, President of Guangdong Trade Promotion Association Fang Lixu and President of Malaysian Guangdong Investment Promotion Chamber of Commerce Dansley Lin Fushan attended the meeting and delivered speeches.   Huang Jie, general manager of Guangzhou Yuege Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., member of Industry Association of South China Entertainment Equipment , Huang Youman and Zou Mingting， regional manager of Guangzhou Hongcon Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Zeng Deliang, office manager of SCEE , participated in the meeting with more than 110 people from the business circles of Guangdong and Malaysia.

      Malaysia's Special Envoy to China and Chairman of Malaysia-China Business Council Chen Guowei said that Malaysia, as the first ASEAN country to establish diplomatic relations with China, is a firm and reliable old friend of China. Malaysia will continue to support and participate in the construction of "one belt and one road" and support China's position in global free trade. He said that China is Malaysia's largest trading partner, and Malaysian Chinese are mostly from Guangdong and Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. He hoped that the two sides would seize the opportunity of construction of Dawan District to further expand pragmatic cooperation and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. It is hoped that the China (Guangdong) - Malaysia Bilateral Business Council will play a more important role in promoting cooperation and exchanges between Guangdong and Malaysia in various fields in the future.

       In his speech, President Li Xu of Guangdong Trade Promotion Association said that Malaysia is an important economic, trade and investment partner of Guangdong in Southeast Asia. The cooperation between the two sides has a solid foundation and good momentum. Since 2008, with the joint efforts of friends of entrepreneurs from Guangdong and Malaysia, the Bilateral Council of Entrepreneurs has successfully held 11 annual meetings, reached many consensus and cooperation projects, and has become an important platform for economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between Guangdong and Malaysia, which meets the inherent needs of economic and social development of the two countries and Industry and commerce. It is in line with the inherent needs of the economic and social development of the two places and the aspirations of the business community, it is a great plan for the development of common negotiations and a close relationship between all walks of life.and the promotion of economic and trade exchanges. It is hoped that through the platform of bilateral entrepreneurs'Council in the future, we will continue to deepen pragmatic cooperation between the business communities of the two places, strengthen economic and trade exchanges, expand two-way investment, strive to create a good environment for the local development of enterprises of the two sides, and promote mutual benefit, win-win cooperation and long-term stability.

      In his speech, Dansley Lin Fukuyama, President of the General Chamber of Commerce of Guangdong Investment Promotion, Malaysia, said that since its establishment, the Bilateral Council of Entrepreneurs has carried out a series of fruitful work. The previous sessions of the Council have facilitated trade and investment cooperation among many entrepreneurs participating in the Conference, with fruitful results. In the future, the Council will carry out more exchanges and exchanges and organize more rich economic and trade activities. This will bring more business opportunities to bilateral entrepreneurs and play a greater role in the context of the "one belt and one way" initiative and the construction of Guangdong,construction of Dawan District Hongkong and Macau, and create more cooperation miracle.

      Zu Naqi, Consul General of Malaysia in Guangzhou, introduced the investment and business environment of Malaysia and answered the consultation of entrepreneurs and professionals from Guangdong. At the meeting, representatives of Guangzhou Aosi Building Material Technology Co., Ltd. from Guangdong Province and Makayi Trading Co., Ltd. from Malaysia shared their experiences on how to develop the two markets. The entrepreneurs of the two places also exchanged in-depth on developing project docking and further expanding investment and trade cooperation.

          Through participating in this event, the representatives of member enterprises of the Chamber of Commerce expressed that they had benefited a lot. They not only made friends with entrepreneurs from different industries, but also learned about Malaysia's investment environment and policies efficiently and quickly. Industry Association of South China Entertainment Equipment insists on playing the role of communication bridge between government and enterprises, actively participates in the economic and trade cooperation and folk contacts between relevant government departments and other countries, and strives for better going out of the industry and enterprises to the international market.
